Chartworth Capital LLC Formed as Registered Broker Dealer

Chartworth of Portsmouth, NH has formed a new affiliate, Chartworth Capital LLC. Chartworth Capital provides investment banking firm services including private placements and merger and acquisition assistance. As a registered broker-dealer, Chartworth Capital executes securities transactions that require broker dealer registration. Chartworth Capital is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).
